A former political adviser, Matt isn't a typical twenty-something; a passionate, opinionated and excitable young man he loves football, ‘Prime Minister's Questions’ and pasties. He has also gone to extraordinary lengths to get close to both Tony Blair and Brian Clough - and has the pictures to prove it.

Matt is a writer on 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4) and Stand-Up for the Week (Channel 4) but can also be heard on his own late night phone-in show on the Sony-Award winning talkSPORT. Every Friday night Matt tackles the latest news and sports stories with his characteristic intelligence, warmth and wit.

Matt has just returned from the Edinburgh Festival where he performed his first solo stand-up show to great commercial and critical acclaim. He also has a number of scripted projects in development.
