Terms and Conditions of Use of Just The Tonic
1 Acceptance The Use Of Just The Tonic Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of Just The Tonic is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2 Credit card details
Just the Tonic do not store customer credit or debit card details, all transactions are handled by our preffered secure payment gateway (Secure Hosting Ltd).
3 Refund Policy
Tickets are non refundable except for the following exceptions.
3.1 Tickets are for a solo show with one specific performer, and the show's date has been changed or been cancelled.
3.2 The show the tickets are booked for is completely cancelled.
4 Advice
The contents of Just The Tonic website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
5 Conditions of entry
5.1 All shows have an age restriction of 18 plus unless stated otherwise in the show description.
5.2 Just the Tonic have a dress code of no fancy dress what so ever.
5.3 Talking during the acts or disrupting the shows in any way can lead to being asked to leave the premises, refusal can lead to be escorted off the premises
5.4 Groups of 10 or over must be booked with us directly not on the internet. where a behaviour bond will be taken of £10 per person, which will be paid on the night in cash and reimbursed after the show, as long as the group have followed the rules of the bond.
6 Food
The ordering of food at the Nottingham venue The Forum, must be made by 19:30 at the absolute latest, this also applies to any meal deals or offers of the like.
7 Change of Use
Just The Tonic reserves the right to:
7.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Just The Tonic shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
7.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
8 Links to Third Party Websites
Just The Tonic Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
