Barnaby is a sharp gag-smith, story-teller and naturally spontaneous MC. Versatile and quick thinking - he manages to endear audiences to his jokes with a poise and charm that allows them to understand where he's coming from and feel comfortable in his world.


Barnaby has performed 20 spots and MC’d across the UK for Avalon, SO Comedy Live, Outside The Box and The Soho House Group as well as at The Poodle Club and The Comedy Cafe (sadly no longer with us) amongst many others.


Barnaby reached the final 12 of the BBC New Comedy competition and has also performed regularly in America at The Comedy Store and The Improv in LA as well as the Upright Citizens Brigade LA and New York. 


Barnaby co-wrote Channel 4 comedy Sit.Com with David Baddiel and created ITV1 comedy panel show Do You Follow, hosted and produced by Jonathan Ross, as well as co-creating and writing on the panel show Don’t Make Me Laugh, which had two series on BBC Radio Four.
