Russell Arathoon

Russel’s first gig was at the notorious King Gong at the Manchester Comedy Store. He went on to win it and then followed it up later that year with a semi final appearance in the Manchester Comedian Of The Year Competition.

Now residing in London, Russell is regularly popping up at prestigious clubs such as Top Secret & Up The Creek, as well as sharing the stage with acts such as Joe Lycett, Sean Walsh and even the chatty man himself Alan Carr.

In 2018 Russell made his Edinburgh Fringe debut with his critically acclaimed show ‘The Curious Incidents Of The Gay In The Night Time’. Since then Russell has gone on to perform at festivals all over the country including Leicester, Nottingham, Manchester & Brighton. He even appeared on the Glee Cardiff Pride Stage alongside Robert White in 2019.

Russell is a likeable act who the audience instantly warm to. With his sharp and cheeky material Russell is a perfect act for any live audience.
