REDEEM BY EMAIL

All redemptions are made via email. Please select the venue and the date you wish to book (you can check line ups by clicking on your chosen venue on the right of this page on a desktop, or scroll down on tablet / phone) and then please email us on [email protected]

WHAT SHALL I SAY IN THE EMAIL?

Please include your full name, your voucher code PLUS the security code (these bits are what most people get wrong... we have had people mistake the date for a code... do not be that person). As well as the venue (city) and date.

Please also include a contact phone number for the day of the show. (in case we have to get hold of you on the day)

WHEN WILL JUST THE TONIC CONFIRM?

You will hear from us within 24 hours of your original email. All dates are subject to availability.

We cannot guarantee availability to any specific date, so maybe include a 2nd and possibly 3rd choice of show.

WHAT NOT TO DO

Please do not call, the voucher team do not work in the box office. WHoever might pick up the phone will not be able to do this booking and it does not matter how annoyed you might be that fact, they will not be able to help

ANYTHING ELSE?

As per the terms and conditions, we cannot accept any bookings for a Saturday show after 4pm on the day before. There are no exceptions to this, and it is stated in the conditions of the ticket. We also do not accept group bookings so please do not try and book more than one voucher.

This email account is only manned Monday to Friday at office hours. We will not accept voucher bookings on the day, even if you call. If you wish to attend on the day only full price tickets are available.

Please note that anything on this page that might appear negative is only written as a precuation due to a large number of people not actually reading any of the instructions / conditions / terms or details of the tickets they book. And we say this as we do it ourselves... how many Apple Software agreements have I ticked yes to?
