Russell Hicks

Russell Hicks

Hicks is one of the most exciting new comic talents coming out of the USA, having already appeared on numerous one to watch line ups and gaining a seriously impressive list of credits.
Now based in London, Russell has become known for his risk taking and thrillingly quick wit - his charismatic, improvisational style making him a huge force to be reckoned with. Hicks' abstract, unapologetic views on life in the UK provide fresh perspective and insight into the mind of this young comic powerhouse. His infectiously rebellious personality immediately gets audiences on side and he exudes magnetic charm from the moment he steps onstage.
In the US, Russell has already appeared on several shows including Direct TV’s What’s News? and in the UK presents Yahoo’s online content Beat The Street and Room of Doom. He also hosts cult podcast Off The Grid which invites comedians to talk about what their life would be like without social media. Branded partnerships and commercial work already include Google, PayPal, Zipcar and a nationwide US voiceover partnership with Taco Bueno.
Hicks has also established himself as a major player on the UK comedy circuit, regularly hosting and headlining at clubs including Hot Water Comedy Club, Top Secret Comedy Club, The Stand, Glee Clubs, Up The Creek and The Boat Show, alongside his Stateside work with legendary venues The Comedy Store and The Laugh Factory in Hollywood.

Indisputably talented, there’s no comic quite like Russell Hicks.
